I have been pretty sick over the winter with my Crohn's Disease and after trying a new medication I became even sicker and officially had my first flare up in over 12 years. It's been incredibly hard to do things with the kids around the city when I constantly feared having to go to the bathroom. For a few weeks I felt like my life revolved around using the bathroom and even Mikey noticed after yelling at Scott for using "my" potty. Now I'm back on my old medication but that also means having to take a heavy dose of some serious steroids. So in the coming weeks if I seem to puff out like a blow fish and look 15 lbs. heavier you'll now know why. But as long as I'm healthy that's all that matters to me!
