Wickham Farms

Sunday we went to a pumpkin patch with everyone and really enjoyed the gorgeous weather.  Angela and I went grocery shopping at Wegmans (love that store!) and had some girl time over chai teas before heading back to get everyone ready for the day.

Pumpkins and Chai teas.  Wish I could start everyday like this!

A huge over 600 lb. pumpkin!

Of course once the kids saw this they just had to climb on!

Each time Mikey went on the train ride he was the conductor.

Katie wanted to go on the inflatable bounce thing.

We played mini golf by putting the ball down two inches from the hole.

Getting rest from the hot and bright sun.

Francesca even went on the train.

Mikey the conductor waving hi!

Katie waving hi!

Picking pumpkins.

I'm so strong Mommy!

Katie preferred to hold the pumpkins as though they were babies.

In the late afternoon we walked to the local school to watch some football game, play on the playground and went on a hunt for Halloween decorations in the neighborhood.

A cute little family of ghosts.

Lots of gorgeous leaves to frolic in.
.
A spooky witch we had to inspect up close.

Check out that huge spider!

This house was decked out with tons of Halloween decorations.

Lots of tombstones littered their front yard.

We decided to take the kids back out at nighttime for another walk around the neighborhood to see how the decorations looked in the dark.  Even more spooky.  Mikey was soooo excited to show everyone what he saw earlier in the day and we even saw other lights peering at us on our walk, like cat eyes poking out of bushes and blinking skeletons.  Such a treat to go outside in the dark.  The kids really enjoyed it!
