Last Day of School

Today was the official last day of school for the kids.  Katie's actual last day was on Wednesday but on Thursday, June 5th they had a end of year party / pot luck lunch / musical presentation and slide show.  I can't believe the school year is over.  Summer is officially here for us.  We just have another week and a half of speech left for Mikey and then we are free!

It is always bitter sweet to look back on the school year and everything they have accomplished and done along with making friends, going on field trips, learning about seasons, sharing, God, responsibilities and everything in between.  It's amazing to see how much they have grown too!

 When I asked Mikey what he wanted to do now that he was done with school, his first response was: I want Kombucha Tea!!!  This 4 year old is definitely a one-of-a-kind!
