The 100

I got the go ahead from the doctor 11 days after my surgery to start exercising again.  Nothing strenuous, no lifting weights or high impact like running, but I could do yoga, the elliptical or pilates. So I busted out my favorite pilates video and got back into the habit of doing it.  (In college, I did pilates literally everyday for 3 months and was in the best shape!  Ahhh, those were the days.)

Anyway, I really enjoy it and a bonus is the kids like doing it too!  Monkey see, monkey do.  I really hope to instill a love of exercising in them.

At some point.... each day usually looks like this.
