Emily was a little Polar Bear.

 Our neighborhood has an awesome Halloween Party/ Block Party/ Parade before every splits off and runs to the homes.

People bring lots of food to share.

Adults and Kids alike dress up!

We could only capture about 1/3 of the kids at a time for a photo.
